Workshop Engineer Heavy Plant MachineryLocation: Oxford, OxfordshireSalary: £35,(Apply online only) £40,(Apply online only) per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeNEOS Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Engineer to join a leading national Plant Hire company at their Oxford depot.This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience working on Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment, Powered Access or Generators to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation in the industry.The RoleAs a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair and preparation of a wide range of Plant and Construction Machinery, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready for hire.Key Responsibilities: Carrying out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections) on machinery before hire.Servicing, maintaining and repairing Excavators, Dumpers, Rollers, Generators, Powered Access equipment and other Plant Machinery.Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.Completing routine servicing and preventative maintenance.Ensuring all machinery is safe, reliable and ready for customer use.Maintaining accurate service and repair records.Working closely with the depot team to minimise machinery downtime. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter, Plant Mechanic or similar.Experience working on Plant Machinery, Construction ..... full job details .....
