Production Finisher Location: Ashford Pay: £13.33 per hour Contract: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (Alternate Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am) Looking for a hands-on role with long-term opportunities? This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining assembly, finishing, quality checking and packing to ensure products are completed to the highest standard before dispatch. What You''ll Be Doing: Assembling finished products to specification. Fitting components and completing final finishing work. Preparing products for dispatch and installation. Packing completed orders safely and securely. Carrying out final quality inspections. Supporting general workshop and finishing duties. Working both indoors and outdoors when required. Ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a similar hands-on role. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
