Production Finisher

Location: Ashford
Pay: £13.33 per hour
Contract: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (Alternate Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am)

We're recruiting for a Production Finisher to join our client's friendly and well-established manufacturing team in Ashford. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining assembly, finishing, quality checking and packing to ensure products are completed to the highest standard before dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assembling finished products to specification.
• Fitting components and completing final finishing work.
• Preparing products for dispatch and installation.
• Packing completed orders safely and securely.
• Carrying out final quality inspections.
• Supporting general workshop and finishing duties.
• Working both indoors and outdoors when required.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a similar hands-on role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
