My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Engineer to join their engineering team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the assessment, repair, maintenance and assembly of hydraulic equipment, working both in our workshop and on customer sites.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable engineer looking to develop their career within a specialist hydraulic engineering environment.Workshop EngineerMiddlesbrough£27,500 - £29,800 per annum Overtime, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assess hydraulic equipment and identify repair requirements.Maintain and service hydraulic systems and associated equipment.Disassemble, inspect, report on and reassemble hydraulic equipment, including cylinders, valves, accumulators and associated components.Assemble new hydraulic equipment, including hydraulic manifolds and HPUs.Mobilise equipment and materials required for site activities.Produce accurate work and remedial reports.Prepare basic parts lists and identify appropriate components required for repairs.Repair ..... full job details .....
