They are seeking an experienced Workshop Engineer to play a key role in the setup and ongoing success of this new facility. Role Overview Carry out full strip-down, inspection, diagnosis, and rebuild of large industrial reduction gearboxes Overhaul hydraulic pumps, motors, engines, and related mechanical components Work on complex, high-value assemblies requiring precision and strong technical knowledge Ensure all rebuild work meets required accreditation and quality standards Support workshop setup, workflow planning, and continuous improvement Contribute to a strong culture of safety, quality, and engineering excellence Requirements Proven experience stripping and rebuilding industrial gearboxes (essential) Strong background in hydraulics including pumps, motors, valves, and related systems Mechanical fitting/workshop engineering experience from industrial, plant, automotive, marine...
