Job Title: Workshop Diagnostic and Repair EngineerLocation: AylesburyContract Details: Full time, permanentHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)Salary: 32,000 - 34,000 per annumBenefits and Perks:Annual bonus scheme25 days holiday + 3 days Christmas shutdown (+ bank holidays)Holiday buy/sell schemePension (with employer contribution)Private medical (after qualifying period)Company laptop and mobileOngoing training and developmentEmployee perks, discounts and company eventsResponsibilities:Workshop and Repair Management:Diagnose, troubleshoot and coordinate the repair of hardware and software faults on advanced laboratory equipmentManage workshop-based investigations and repairs of equipment returned from customer sites.Use diagnostic software and technical processes to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and remote support tools.Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to resolve complex issues.Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation and customer support cases within the CRM system.Support field-based engineers throughout the UK when required.Occasionally accompany Field Service Engineers to customer sites across locations such as Oxford, Cambridge and LondonInternal IT Support:Provide IT support to office and field-based staffTroubleshoot day-to-day issues (Windows 11, password resets, user access, etc.)Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and general IT ..... full job details .....
