This Workshop Administrator role will provide high quality administrative support to the day-to-day running of the vehicle workshop. You will act as an important point of contact for visitors, technicians and internal customers, ensuring work is booked in correctly and customers are kept updated on the progress of vehicles. The successful Workshop Administrator will ideally have previous experience working on a service reception desk or within a vehicle workshop environment. You will be comfortable taking and issuing vehicle keys, logging jobs and working with vehicle records and fleet systems.
