This is a key leadership role within a busy, high-performing aftersales operation, overseeing a team of 25+ technicians in a modern, state-of-the-art workshop environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the workshop. The Role As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of workshop operations, ensuring work is allocated effectively, productivity targets are achieved, and manufacturer standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include: Managing and controlling workflow across a large team of technicians.Allocating work to maximise workshop efficiency and technician productivity.Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met.Working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey.Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.Driving labour sales, utilisation and workshop performance.Supporting technician development and maintaining a positive, professional culture.Managing workshop loading and capacity planning within a high-volume environment.The ..... full job details .....
