Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the Workshop Controller will assist with the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, to a high standard and in line with company procedures. This is a hands-on role, requiring the successful candidate to support the workshop when needed, including carrying out panel or paint work during busy periods and providing cover for technicians during annual leave. You will also be responsible for ordering parts, managing workflow and supporting the day-to-day performance of the bodyshop team.
