Offering a genuine Monday to Friday role with absolutely no weekend working, this position provides an excellent work-life balance alongside a rewarding bonus structure.The RoleAs Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the workshop on a day-to-day basis. You will allocate work effectively, manage technician workflow, and ensure all repairs and servicing are completed to the highest standard and within agreed timescales.You will oversee a team of 12 Technicians and work closely with 3 Service Advisors to ensure excellent communication, efficient workflow management, and a consistently high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the daily workload of Technicians to maximise efficiency.Ensure all servicing and repair work is completed accurately and on time.Support Service Advisors with technical input and customer updates.Monitor workshop productivity, performance, and efficiency targets.Accurately record Technician hours and workshop activity.Produce ..... full job details .....
