Workshop Controller Location: Wilmslow Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic £45,000 OTE + Paid Overtime Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm No Weekends Richard Abson Group are currently supporting a well-established main dealership in Wilmslow in their search for an experienced Workshop Controller. The Role As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the workshop on a day-to-day basis. You will allocate work effectively, manage technician workflow, and ensure all repairs and servicing are completed to the highest standard and within agreed timescales. You will oversee a team of 12 Technicians and work closely with 3 Service Advisors to ensure excellent communication, efficient workflow management, and a consistently high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the daily workload of Technicians to maximise efficiency. Ensure all servicing and repair work is completed accurately and on time.
