Workshop ControllerMaidstone, Kent 50,000 - 55,000 OTE + BenefitsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a successful and well-established franchised car dealership in Maidstone, Kent.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller, Senior Technician or experienced Technician looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day running of a high-volume, 16-technician workshop.The WorkshopThis is a busy and well-equipped workshop with:16 Vehicle Technicians2 Master Technicians4 Diagnostic TechniciansApproximately 45 vehicle throughputs per dayA strong and established workshop teamExcellent technical support and manufacturer trainingDue to the volume of work, the Workshop Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the department operates efficiently, technicians are fully productive and vehicles are completed to the highest possible standard.The RoleAs Workshop Controller, you will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure the workshop operates efficiently, productivity is maximised and vehicles are completed within agreed timescales.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and allocating work to a team of 16 Technicians.Monitoring workshop productivity, efficiency and performance.Planning and prioritising the daily workload.Ensuring approximately 45 vehicles per day are progressed efficiently through the workshop.Supporting and coordinating ..... full job details .....
