Workshop Controller

HGV Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Commercial Business in the Bracknell area.
 
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
 
Benefits:

- Up To £40,000 Salary
- 7am - 5pm Monday To Friday ONLY! (45 Hour Week)
- 90% Workshop Controller / 10% HGV Technician Productive On The Tools (Helping Out If Needed)
- Previous HGV Background Required - Must Have Technical Knowledge
- Overtime Paid At x 1.5 Monday - Friday / x 2.0 On Weekend and Bank Holidays
- Family Run Independent HGV Workshop - Mixture Of Trucks and Vans

Duties:

- Leading a small team of HGV Technicians whilst also remaining productive on the tools 
- Performance of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer''s instructions and according to the maintenance schedule.
- All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment.
- Responsible for repairing and servicing of Commercial vehicles booked into the workshop.
- Diagnosing faults on  HGV''s

Requirements:

- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday.

The Salary being offered up to £40000.
