Workshop Controller/Foreman needed Nottingham!

- Basic: £55,000  
- OTE: £65,000+ 
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm / 8:30am–5:30pm  
- 1 in 2 Saturdays (flexible/negotiable)

What you’ll be doing as the Workshop Controller:

- Leading, supporting, and guiding technicians to ensure high standards of work
- Working closely with the General Manager to organise and prioritise daily workloads
- Carrying out complex maintenance and repair tasks when required
- Overseeing quality control processes, including road testing vehicles
- Resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Liaising with customers where necessary, providing trusted technical advice

What we’re looking for from the Workshop Controller:

- Proven background in a prestige automotive workshop environment
- Strong technical expertise and ability to support a team
- Excellent organisational skills to manage workflow effectively
- A customer-focused approach with confidence in providing expert advice
