We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician / Workshop Controller to join a well-established automotive business in Daventry. This Senior Technician / Workshop Controller position offers a competitive basic salary of up to 45,000, with salary flexibility for an exceptionally experienced candidate. The Senior Technician / Workshop Controller role is Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work. It provides a balanced combination of hands-on technical duties and workshop leadership, ideal for an individual seeking to develop their managerial skills while remaining actively involved in vehicle repairs.
