We''re looking for a Workshop Controller to handle breakdown calls, book services, and keep repairs moving across a busy plant workshop.
What You''ll Do

• Handle breakdown calls and try to fix simple issues over the phone
  
• Allocate jobs to fitters and keep records up to date
  
• Arrange external repairs when needed
  
• Support fitters with parts and job info
  
• Book services and inspections and plan fitter availability
  
• Flag chargeable damage and process customer invoices
  
• Keep stock and service logs accurate
  

• Experience in service/maintenance control
  
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
  
• Confident phone manner
  
• Able to stay calm under pressure
  
• Positive, friendly attitude
  
• Good Microsoft skills
