Workshop Controller (Hands-On Workshop Supervisor) - The Role We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to lead our busy vehicle maintenance workshop at Edinburgh Airport. This is a hands-on Workshop Supervisor position, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining technically involved in the day-to-day operation. You''ll coordinate workshop activity, allocate work, support technicians on the tools when required, and ensure vehicles are maintained safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Workshop Controller Key Responsibilities Control and coordinate the daily workflow of the workshop, ensuring work is allocated effectively to maximise productivity. Lead, motivate and support workshop, mobile and airside maintenance technicians. Remain hands-on within the workshop, providing technical support and assisting with repairs and maintenance where required.
