You''ll ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, supporting both military and civilian fleet requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate workshop activities, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow.Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and availability.Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.Maintain high standards of health and safety and compliance.Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.Support and mentor workshop staff, fostering a positive team environment.What We''re Looking For:Proven experience in a workshop controller or supervisory role.Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Experience working in a military/aerospace environment is ..... full job details .....
