Workshop Assistant

Requirement for a Workshop assistant / Engineering assistant on a 4 week contract starting week commencing 29/06/2026 or 06/07/2026. Will be required to support day to day operations within the workshop. General Labouring duties, tidying the site. moving materials assisting trades and preparing orders for collection and delivery to sites. Some elements of using power tools must be comfortable using power drills angle grinders etc. Experience with basic fabrication, cutting metal etc would be preferred. Will be required to have 5 point PPE.

Working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. 45 hours per week.

Requirements:

• good time keeping and reliable

• Full 5 point PPE

• Able to reliably commute to Fareham workshop every day.
