This family-run company is a bespoke manufacturer who predominately work within the defence and marine sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Assistant to join their team.

This is a Monday to Friday, days-based role, joining an experienced workshop team. You will receive full on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your technical skills while increasing your earnings through overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience using tools or previous exposure to a workshop, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or mechanical environment and be eager to build a long-term career within a growing business.

The Role:

• Full workshop training provided
• Assisting with the build and assembly of bespoke projects
• Monday to Friday, days-based role
• Overtime and progression opportunities available

• Experience using hand tools or previous workshop exposure
• Practical and hands-on approach
• Commutable to Slough
