We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client''s busy, friendly workshop based in Haddenham on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting and supporting colleagues within the workshop
• Inspecting products for faults, scratches, and quality issues
• Preparing fragile products ready for dispatch
• Ensuring all customer orders are correctly grouped and labelled
• Assisting with manufacturing cutting processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

About You

• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Strong communication skills
• Keen to learn new skills and support the wider team
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential
