The successful candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, extensive workshop management experience, and a proven track record in preventive maintenance planning, cost control and technical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the workshop team, ensuring a safe, productive and professional working environment. Plan, schedule and deliver all preventative maintenance activities based on machine operating hours and manufacturer recommendations.
