As the workshop administrator , you will: Create, update and close all work in progress records, process and input engineer timesheets, job sheets and parts invoices, maintaining accurate workshop diaries and job tracking systems. Take incoming calls from customers and action as necessary, liaising with sales, service and rental teams to coordinate workflow and stock, including arranging transport and providing full logistical support to ensure equipment availability and timely delivery.
