Workshop Administrator A well-established business in Kent is looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role:As workshop Administrator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop by coordinating administration, maintaining records and supporting wider teams. Create and process WIPS and associated documentationAccurately input engineers'' timesheets and maintain the workshop recordsCheck timesheets, job sheets and supplier invoices to support cost control Raise invoices for completed work and ensure they are processed promptly Coordinate the workshop diary and scheduling engineers'' workloadsRaise POs and process goods received where requiredMaintain compliance records, including inspection schedulesThe Person:Previous experience in administrative or workshop coordination roleHighly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using MS packages Experience within an engineering, automotive, construction or industrial environment would be advantageous, but is not essential What''s on offer:Permanent, full-time position Salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa DOE Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4pm (30-minute lunch)25 days'' annual leave + BH, increasing to 29 days with length of service Free onsite parking + more!If you''re looking for a varied administration ..... full job details .....
