Prepare specifications, drawings and production information for planned maintenance projects. Submit required statutory applications, including Building Control and Planning where applicable. Liaise with residents, contractors, consultants, internal teams and other stakeholders. Prepare tender documentation, including KPI requirements, and support procurement activities. Work with the Procurement and Legal teams to appoint contractors and finalise contracts. Manage projects from feasibility through to completion and post-project review. Lead pre-contract and monthly contract meetings, monitoring progress, quality and performance. Act as the lead surveyor for major projects, including complex repair and maintenance works.
