This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business where you''ll have the autonomy to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the division. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple small works projects from inception through to completion.Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the division.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource planning.Monitor project progress, manage risks and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.Ensure all contractual obligations are met and projects are delivered in line with programme and budget.Manage tendering and pre-construction activities where required.Lead, motivate and develop project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Recruit, train and mentor staff to encourage ..... full job details .....
