This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with experience in heavy manufacturing, construction materials, concrete, aggregates, quarrying, precast, asphalt, recycling or other industrial production environments . You will be responsible for managing a team of around 15 production staff, ensuring efficient manufacturing, maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement across the site.
