Works Manager - Immingham Docks - Outside IR35

 We have had an excellent new freelance role come in for a Works Manager to head up a £4m new Bridge and Road scheme in Immingham Docks (North Lincolnshire). The role involves the installation of a new bridge and associated road with other aspects including drainage and surfacing but heavy emphasis on Structures.

They seek a Works Manager with strong structures experience who can oversee site activities. 

Top rate on offer (to be discussed if interested) which is Outside IR35 and comes with a 1 year contract which is likely to be extended with major other works in the pipeline.
