Your new roleThis position will be long term and you will work as a Works Manager. You will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of operational works on a major live infrastructure project. Reporting to the Site Agent, you will oversee daily construction activities, managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure programme milestones are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading site operations, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectationsManaging and coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and plant resourcesDriving a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring full compliance with HSQE standardsReviewing and implementing method statements, risk assessments, and permits to workMonitoring progress and reporting on performance, identifying and mitigating risksLiaising closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationshipsSupporting the commercial team through accurate reporting of progress, variations, and resource usageEnsuring minimal disruption ..... full job details .....
