The Role:As a WI Creator, you will be the linchpin within the operations department, managing supplier communications and ensuring no production downtime for customers. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining project efficiency and quality. Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for supplier emails, prioritising workload to ensure efficiency.- Liaise with suppliers to obtain job authorisation and understand account status with finance.- Attend issue locations to gather project information, including photographs, samples, and defect data.- Create and maintain project Work Instructions and configure projects within the QTrak system.- Complete project-specific Risk Assessments and Process FMEAs.- Maintain the Project Tracker, recording all relevant timestamps.- Develop Initial Training Documents to ensure project personnel receive necessary training and authorisation.- Ensure warehouse stock is requested to operational areas at project start.- Review project requirements to ensure customer expectations are met.- Coordinate customer reviews, ..... full job details .....
