Works Delivery Manager

to lead our team in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality inspection, maintenance, and renewal projects. Works Delivery Manager , where you’ll be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of inspection, maintenance, and renewal projects. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team, manage contractors, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Lead, support, and develop your team to achieve performance, safety, and quality goalsOversee inspection, maintenance, and renewal works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetChampion a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability across all activitiesExperience, skills, knowledge and competencies

Experience of managing and directing a teamExperience of team leadership and developmentExperience of managing the production and delivery of a comprehensive and compliant work programmeAble to demonstrate, promote and embed safe working behaviours within the teamAble to lead and implement change and improvement initiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to coach, influence and develop othersKnowledge of buildings construction, buildings management or civil engineering and construction management processes, systems and standardsKnowledge of budget management and cost/waste control processes and techniquesKnowledge of the Construction, Design and Management RegulationsHold and retain competencies relevant to this post and required by business needIdeally hold (or be working towards) an NVQ level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experienceAble and willing to drive vehicles as required by business needWhat you’ll earn
