The business carries out excavation, reinstatement and highways maintenance for the electricity, gas, water, telecoms and local authority sectors across London, the Home Counties and the South East. It employs over 600 people and is accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The Street Works team of 8 manages every permit, work stop and registration the business produces. You do not need a street works background. Full training is given on Streetworks legislation, Street Manager and the in house works management system. The team has seen people with no street works experience outperform experienced candidates, so this would equally suit an accurate administrator, data entry or customer service candidate who is sharp early in the morning and enjoys doing the same careful checks well, all day.
