You will build strong internal relationships and engage confidently with key stakeholders, ensuring that every building user and visitor receives a seamless and positive experience.A key part of the role will be delivering a 5-star customer service experience from start to finish, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity and adaptability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport operational excellence across the workplace.Carry out regular building audits and report any issues identified.Assist with issue resolution and follow up on outstanding actions.Support compliance and Health and Safety requirements.Manage the workplace mailbox and respond to queries promptly.Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders.Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders and building users.Provide professional and approachable support to visitors and colleagues.Assist the Head of Workplace and wider Mitie team with ad-hoc tasks as required.Support other local centres when required.About YouWe are looking for someone who ..... full job details .....
