About this role As our Workplace Support Specialist at the Bristol Tech-Hub, you will be the welcoming face of our office, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. Joining our dynamic Workplace Operations team, you will lead front-of-house services, care for our workplace environment, and deliver exceptional experiences for colleagues and visitors. Reporting to: Segment Workplace Operations Manager These are some of the key components of the position: Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience by warmly welcoming visitors, handling reception tasks, and managing access badges. Maintain vibrant, functional communal spaces and meeting rooms while ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met. Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including shared inbox management, internal ticketing, Slack channels, and posts.
