CKB Recruitment is working with an expanding employee benefits consultancy to recruit a Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits Consultant for its Bristol office. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with client relationship management, supporting an existing portfolio while helping develop the business''s workplace pensions offering. You''ll join a consultancy whose work extends beyond traditional insured benefits, giving you the opportunity to help employers build benefit packages that meet the needs of their people. The opportunity Workplace pensions will be a central part of your role. You''ll carry out technical reviews, provide ongoing advice and support, and produce and deliver annual Workplace Pension Governance Reviews. Alongside this, you''ll advise on healthcare and group risk, helping corporate clients review their arrangements and identify opportunities to improve them. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing corporate client relationships, delivering a responsive and professional service.
