Workplace Insights Analyst

Location: Stevenage (1-2 days per week onsite)Duration: 12 month initial contractRate: 35ph UMB (Inside IR35) Role details:Our client, a prominent organisation within the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a Workplace Insights Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Stevenage. The role involves working closely with Facilities Management teams to transform workplace, operational and system data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities:Workplace Insight and AnalyticsAnalyse workplace, operational and system data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesTransform complex datasets into clear, meaningful insightsDevelop dashboards and visualisations to support operational and strategic decision-makingMonitor KPIs and workplace performance measures Continuous ImprovementWork with the System team to identify recurring themes and root causesProvide evidence to support improvement opportunitiesMeasure the effectiveness of workplace improvementsSupport benefits realisation activities Systems and DataEnsure the quality and integrity of workplace dataCollaborate with Systems colleagues to improve data captureDevelop reporting capabilities across FM SystemsIdentify opportunities to automate reporting Stakeholder EngagementTranslate technical information into business insightsPresent findings to operational and senior FM leadershipSupport evidence-based decision-makingCollaborate across ..... full job details .....
