As the Workplace Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling evidence-led decision-making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insights. The role will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, monitoring performance, evidencing opportunities for improvement and evaluating the impact of workplace changes. Working closely with FM Systems, Projects and Operational teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance workplace performance, improve employee experience and support wider business objectives.
