Workplace and General Affairs Specialist

Our client is an established international organisation with a growing UK and European presence. They are looking for an experienced Workplace and General Affairs professional to provide interim support across a broad range of workplace, facilities, compliance and employee services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied corporate environment and is comfortable taking ownership of multiple operational areas, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day oversight across workplace operations, health and safety, facilities, sustainability initiatives and a range of general corporate services. The role will involve working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to ensure that the workplace remains safe, compliant, efficient and supportive for employees. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Support the development and maintenance of workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Coordinate risk assessments, workplace inspections and follow-up actions. Support the investigation and reporting of workplace incidents where required. Coordinate relevant employee health and safety training. Maintain appropriate records and documentation. Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day health and safety matters.
