Workplace and Facilities Coordinator (WHC)

Overview

We are looking for a Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to join our team of 4 Rapport Ambassadors. Our client is a globally recognised charitable foundation dedicated to advancing science and research. You will be based at the service desk and working alongside the client to ensure a seamless experience for all building users. This role is all about efficiency, highly professional and excellent service. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, this could be the perfect role for you!Type and hours

Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)Responsibilities

Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring they are maintained accurately, actioned and resolved promptly.Follow-up on outstanding requests to ensure completion.Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering as needed.Assist in creating weekly reports on helpdesk activity.Support the reception team with refresher training for holiday cover.Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.Provide a warm, professional, and proactive service to all building users.Have experience with CAFM systems and be confident in using them.Bring a can-do attitude, always looking for solutions.Have great attention to detail, ensuring nothing gets missed.Be confident using Excel and handling data reports.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure.Be a team player, supporting colleagues and creating a positive workplace.Benefits
