We are looking for an individual with strong all-round knowledge of grounds maintenance and grave digging, together with leadership qualities and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, organise and work alongside the grounds maintenance team, allocating daily tasks and monitoring quality, productivity and completion. Carry out standard grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, leaf clearance and seasonal maintenance. Operate a mini digger and associated equipment safely and competently for grave excavation and other approved grounds works.
