This is a hands-on working supervisor role, requiring you to oversee firestopping works on site while also carrying out work alongside the team. Duties Supervising and carrying out standard firestopping works Leading a team of firestoppers on site Ensuring works are completed to the required specification and quality standards Monitoring productivity and allocating daily tasks Ensuring all operatives are working safely and in accordance with site procedures Liaising with site management and other trades Completing relevant site documentation and quality records Ensuring firestopping installations meet project requirements Supporting the team with technical and practical firestopping requirements Requirements Hinkley Point C BPSS clearance required Proven experience working in firestopping / passive fire protection Previous experience as a Working Supervisor / Chargehand / Firestopping Supervisor NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection or NVQ Level 3 SSSTS ILM Level 3 Award qualification for Blue Hat Supervisors IPAF 3A and 3B or PASMA ..... full job details .....
