Working Supervisor – Civils / Groundworks

Norfolk (Various Sites)

£24 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a dynamic civils and groundworks project across various sites in Norfolk, starting ASAP.

The Role:
You will oversee day-to-day site activities while remaining hands-on when required, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to join a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality infrastructure and development support.

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of site operations while working alongside the team
• Coordinating labour, plant and deliveries on site
• Ensuring H&S compliance and site documentation
• Carrying out briefings and supporting site teams
• Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience working within civils and groundworks
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• 360 Excavator ticket (essential)
• Additional plant tickets beneficial
• Strong practical knowledge of site operations and safety
• Ability to supervise a team while remaining hands-on
