Working Supervisor (Commercial Gas) Glasgow - Mobile Role Confero Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively supporting a leading facilities management provider in the appointment of a Working Supervisor (Commercial Gas). This is a hands-on role for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking to take the next step into supervision, or an established Supervisor seeking a new challenge. You will lead and support a team of engineers whilst remaining actively involved in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. Working closely with the Contract Manager, helpdesk and client stakeholders, you will ensure engineering activities are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor and provide technical support to engineers and subcontractors. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and remedial works. Service, maintain and repair commercial gas plant, boilers, heating systems and associated controls. Ensure all work is completed in line with Gas Safe regulations, statutory requirements and company procedures. Plan, prioritise and coordinate engineering workloads to achieve contractual service levels and KPIs. Support engineers with complex faults, diagnostics and root cause analysis.
