Working Supervisor Civils/Fencing

We are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor to join a specialist fencing contractor on a long-term infrastructure project in the Aylesbury, HP18 area. This is a hands-on role, supervising the site gang while also assisting with the works when required. Location: Aylesbury, HP18 Rate: £28 per hour Hours: 9 hours paid per day Duration: months Start date: Monday 19th October 2026 Parking available on site Responsibilities • Supervising daily fencing and associated civils activities • Coordinating labour, plant and materials • Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks • Ensuring all works are completed safely and to the required standard • Monitoring progress against the programme • Liaising with site management and other contractors • Maintaining high standards of health and safety Requirements • Valid Gold CSCS card • CAT and Genny required • Valid SSSTS • Previous experience as a Working Supervisor • Previous fencing or civils experience • Comfortable working on the tools when required • Full right to work in the UK To apply, please submit your CV along with copies of your relevant cards and certificates. ..... full job details .....
