Job Title: Working Supervisor Job Type: Permanent full time position - Monday to Friday Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas Rate of pay: £38,000-£40,000 per annum plus a company vanWe are currently recruiting for a Working Supervisor to join a reputable social housing contractor, overseeing a Damp and Mould contract.This is a hands-on position, where you will be expected to carry out remedial works alongside supervising operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate operatives carrying out damp and mould worksCarry out hands-on remedial works when requiredLead by example and support operatives on-siteManage contractors and in-house teams to ensure works are completed to a high standardCarry out property inspections, quality checks and monitor remedial worksIdentify damp and mould issues and ensure appropriate remedial solutions are completedMonitor workloads, schedules and health and safety complianceLiaise with tenants, clients and contractors to resolve issues and provide updatesEnsure works are completed within agreed timescales and contract standardsComplete job sheets, reports and other relevant documentationSupport the Contract Manager with day-to-day delivery of the damp and mould programme Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Working Supervisor, Supervisor or experienced Multi-Trade OperativePrevious experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive ..... full job details .....
