Working Site Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee property renovations and extensions in Pembrokeshire, providing key Site Management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Role Responsibilities: You will need to be comfortable in undertaking manual work in various trades such as carpentry, roofing, brickwork 7 concrete works. Leading a team as required You''ll need to have excellent attention to detail, ability to read construction drawings and details Supervise site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractors on site Monitor progress and report back to management Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and timescales Measuring and ordering of materials Ensure site is health and safety compliant Requirements: Previous experience as a Working Site Supervisor, training can be provided for the appropriate candidate Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification is preferable Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure HandS standards are met Benefits: Competitive pay 30 Days Holiday (including Bank Holiday) Company Pension Plus other benefitsJob Type: Full-timePay: From £15.00 per hourWork Location: In ..... full job details .....
