Carry out installation duties alongside the site team, ensuring works are completed to a high standard. Lead and support operatives, providing daily direction and ensuring productivity targets are achieved. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure all passive fire protection works comply with project specifications and relevant standards. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details to ensure correct application. Complete site inspections, quality checks, and maintain accurate installation records. Coordinate materials, tools, and labour requirements to keep works progressing efficiently. Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS and health and safety procedures. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other site personnel to resolve issues and maintain programme deadlines.
