Working Site Supervisor - Passive Fire Protection Project (8 Weeks)

• Work hands-on on site while supervising and coordinating passive fire protection installation works.
• Carry out installation duties alongside the site team, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Lead and support operatives, providing daily direction and ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure all passive fire protection works comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details to ensure correct application.
• Complete site inspections, quality checks, and maintain accurate installation records.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and labour requirements to keep works progressing efficiently.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other site personnel to resolve issues and maintain programme deadlines.
• Support the successful delivery of the 8-week project through effective supervision and practical site involvement.
