Working Site Manager - Night Shift ShopfittingRate: 280- 300 per shift Hours: 8pm-6am Days: Sunday-Thursday nights Sector: Shopfitting / Retail RefurbishmentLocation: Gloucestershire The RoleWe''re looking for a Site Manager to join an established shopfitting company delivering refurbishments and fit-outs across high street retail stores. This is a hands-on Site Manager role for someone who enjoys being on site and getting stuck in. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the night shift, including Health and Safety, site management and coordinating a small team consisting of a Joiner and Labourer. Around 2-3 hours of the shift will be focused on Site Management and Health and Safety, with the remainder of the night spent working alongside the team and helping the job along. You''ll need to be happy bringing your own tools and getting stuck in on the tools when required. Your ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the site during the night shiftManage Health and Safety and ensure all site procedures are followedComplete site checks, inductions and relevant paperworkManage and coordinate the Joiner and Labourer on siteEnsure the project stays on programmeKeep the site clean, safe and organisedWork alongside the Joiner and Labourer and help with the refurbishment worksBring your own tools and be prepared to get stuck in when requiredHelp ensure the store is completed to a high standard and ready for handover About YouHas previous Site Management experienceHolds a ..... full job details .....
