The role provides day-to-day technical leadership for HVAC activities, ensuring planned maintenance is completed to a high standard, asset condition is understood, and opportunities for remedial, lifecycle, and improvement works are proactively identified. Operating as part of the Onsite Services team, the role requires a high level of technical competence, particularly within ageing infrastructure, legacy plant, and systems where technical documentation may be limited, or equipment may be beyond original design life.
